CHKS Surveyor Update Day 2020

CHKS annual surveyor update day will take place on Thursday 5 March 2020 at the Amba Hotel Charing Cross, London.

This event is a great opportunity for our surveyors to get together and share learning and experiences, as well as take time out away from the busy day job to reflect and consider new ideas. Like previous years, the day will include a variety of informative practical sessions and workshops.

We are once again including a reception and dinner for the evening of the 5th March for those of you who would like to attend. There are a limited number of places for dinner, which are on a 'first come first served' basis. If you wish to attend the dinner in addition to the daytime event, please let us know when you register.

PLEASE NOTE: REMINDER TO OUR EXPENSE POLICY

For surveyors attending this event who are unable to travel to the venue and back in a day e.g. from Portugal, Cyprus, Scotland and Ireland, we are able to reimburse the cost of one-night accommodation only at a maximum cost of £150 (including VAT).

We are also only able to reimburse the cost of standard class travel (for a ticket bought in advance), and/or reasonable mileage. We are able to reimburse the cost of parking, at a maximum cost of £15. Regrettably, any additional cost incurred during your travel such as taxis, food and drink will not be accepted in the way they would be if you are travelling for a survey. All expenses must be submitted after the event with a completed claim form and with relevant receipts.

For non-attendance on the day without 7 days prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the £75 per person to cover any costs incurred.
